Subject: [PATCH] **Relocate Nginx configuration to the compose directory**

- Moved `nginx.conf` from `cbreader/settings/` to `compose/` for better organization of deployment-specific files.
- Updated `docker-compose.yml` to reference the new path for Nginx configuration.
